It’s important to communicate clearly with customers about how you collect, store and use personal information. It’s also important that your employees know what they can and cannot do with personal and confidential information. We will work with you to:
- Structure, draft and implement policies and procedures.
- Create external facing privacy policies and terms of use for websites and mobile devices.
- Create internal facing policies governing employee use of data, social media.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure that personal, confidential and strategic data is made available to those who need it and protected from those who do not.
- Operationalize and automate policies and procedures where feasible.
